Miley Cyrus Phone Number

Posted on 27th November 2008 by admin in Uncategorized

Just yesterday, my brother’s girl friend said “What is Miley Cell . . . ?” and before she got the rest out of her mouth, I asked if she was looking for that one and only “Miley Cyrus phone number“? How about Miley’s fan number? Or, are you trying to find out Miley Cyrus’s background? Aren’t we all?

If you know someone who got their hands on a Miley Cyrus phone number, please share it with the rest of us! In the meantime, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been asked to find a real, currently working Miley Cyrus number . . . with ( >>OMG<< ) two teen daughters, I’ve been asked at least 7 times over the past two days!

Well, since I know how much this means to my daughters (and my readers), I’ve been working on it tirelessly through all my underground contacts, and believe it or not, I can report that in the case of the “missing Miley Cyrus phone number” — there are actually a couple phone numbers available to a very select/ small group of fans! Apparently,I guess these phone numbers have been kept super-secret (and get this — the numbers change every few days)!!

So, in a sense, Miley’s phone number IS kinda private. That’s because if everyone knew it, she would change it and like I said, she changes her phone number about every few months anyway! One of the cool things I learned in gathering this intelligence is that if you’re really a big fan and really like her that much, you probably should respect her privacy at some point.

But, in the interest of having maybe a 1-on-1 private phonecall with Miley, I can only tel you to leave that to the experts.

Which experts, you ask? There are several experts that are actually and truly able to get celebrity phone numbers, but only one that I work with, and that is because they truly respect the artists’ privacy. I won’t mention their name directly, will only ask that if you contact them through us, and they give you the current Miley Cyrus phone number, that you tell her that you got the info from us (trust me, she will ask, and will be pleased that I kept her confidence)! In any other case, all Super OMG Miley Cyrus Lovers should leave their comments on this post, and help us build the best community for Miley Cyrus superfans, and anyone looking for either Hanna Montanna’s phone number or Miley Cyrus’s phone number! Seriously, everybody can help!!!

Fast Facts: Did you know …

* Miley’s first name is Destiny and her middle name is Hope?

How To Write An Acting Resume

Posted on 27th November 2008 by admin in Uncategorized

The headshot expresses the look and feel of the actor at a glance, but the actors resume sells the versatility, skillfullness, and success of an actor before he or she ever shows up to the audition. The purpose of this article is to go back over the reasons for creating an acting resume and from there discuss what should and should not go in it and why.

An acting resume should take up precisely one side of one page, and you will typically have it stapled to the back of your head shot. This small amount of space is all you have to represent yourself as a multifaceted potential working actor. In order to do that, you will have to do a little thinking about what the auditioners seem to be looking for. What show are they putting up, and how does it compare to their previous shows? What types of shows do these people typically produce, and what kinds of people do they usually use for the type of part you’re trying out for? After you’ve thought about and understood these things, the next step is to try and give them what they want. Since you’re a professional actor, this should be the easy part.

The main thing to have in mind is that your acting resume is not an extension of you as an actor, it is an extension of the part you want to play. So, you should twist and pull at the facts of your professional life until they fit, as closely as possible, the specific audition. Don’t lie; just take a look at this example actors resume to understand what I’m saying a little better. This is a little bit of an extra investment in terms of time and energy, but it’s not that big an investment. Five or ten minutes per audition could very well spell the difference between getting a part or not getting it.

A bookmark collectors dream

Posted on 27th November 2008 by admin in Uncategorized

Bookmarks are wonderful accessories for anyone who loves books. Many people think of bookmarks only as the small paper versions they get for free in their favorite bookstore - and indeed a bookmark does not have to be expensive - you can even print them yourself.

A nice example for free downloadable bookmarks can be found on this german website: Lesezeichen drucken. Just download the PDF and print it, perhaps on thicker-than-normal paper and you get a nice little present that goes along with any book gift.

Another free way to get nice bookmarks is to create them yourself. If you don’t mind the work and want to spent a little time on it you can create wonderful bookmarks, again the following description is in german, but as it is illustrated with many pictures, it should be no problem to follow the instructions (blumen basteln).

But let’s have a look in the other direction of the price range: There are also very precious bookmarks that are made from a variety of fine materials. Most common in the upper class of bookmarks are silver bookmarks (Lesezeichen Silber). They are available as very sophisticated animal themes or in combination with other materials like wood and leather. To make it short: Everyone can find the bookmarks that best suit his or her character…

If You Have ANY Dyslexia Symptoms, You Should Take a Free Dyslexia Test!

Posted on 26th November 2008 by admin in Uncategorized

Dyslexia is a relatively frequent neurological condition that primarily affects the dyslexic person’s ability to read. It is a learning difference that, when it is diagnosed, can be dealt with effectively and the apparent difficulties overcome. While we cannot make the dyslexia symptoms go away, there are effective methods for treating the symptoms of dyslexia.

Approximately Some 10% of the population has some amount of one of the various types of dyslexia.

Elementary School students are now routinely screened for dyslexia symptoms. However, most of what we have learned about dyslexia has come in the last 15-25 years. That means that all who graduated from elementary school more than about 15 years ago have never been screened or tested.

So, as it works out there are millions of adult dyslexics out there. 95% of these do not know that dyslexia is the root cause of their problems with reading and manipulating the symbols used for words and numbers. They all desperately need dyslexia testing, but they don’t know it, and without testing, we don’t know who they are…

Before we began to understand dyslexia, our educational systems made life very difficult for dyslexic students. They were unjustly branded as being “slow learners” or “underachievers”. Dyslexics are not stupid, nor are they mentally deficient. They just see things differently and learn things differently from the way non-dyslexics do.

Most were shamed by their problems and tried to hide them. Most developed effective and sometimes elaborate defense mechanisms, like avoiding any situation or job or activity that might require that they read something or be required to read aloud. These defense mechanisms are still mostly in place. That tends to make adult dyslexics hard to find.

If these people could be found now and encouraged to take a free dyslexia test for screening, their dyslexia symptoms could be found. If sufficient dyslexia symptoms were present, they could be encouraged to go for a full scale, professional testing.

Today such testing is relatively cheap and fast. Any adult can take a home dyslexia test, online, at home or from wherever they could connect to the Internet.

Once diagnosed they could be helped to overcome their dyslexic problems and lead normal, more fulfilling lives.

If you have or anyone you know has difficulty in reading, in transcribing telephone messages correctly or any of the the other symptoms of dyslexia (follow the links above, click on “Dyslexia Symptoms” on the navigation menu to see what these are) then take a full dyslexia test to find out for sure as soon as possible.

How Water Heaters Work

Posted on 25th November 2008 by admin in Uncategorized

A gas water heater is nearly identical to an electric water heater, except that it does not contain the two heating elements, but instead has a gas burner at the bottom, with the chimney running up through the middle of the tank.

  • A water heater consists of the following parts, as shown in the figure above:
  • A heavy inner steel tank that holds the hot water

Typically, this tank holds 40 to 60 gallons. It has to be able to hold the pressure of a residential water system, which typically runs at 50 to 100 pounds per square inch (psi). The tank is tested to handle 300 psi. The steel tank normally has a bonded glass liner to keep rust out of the water.

Insulation surrounding the tank

  • A dip tube to let cold water into the tank
  • A pipe to let hot water out of the tank
  • A thermostat to control the temperature of the water inside the tank (Many electric water heaters have a separate thermostat on each element.)
  • Heating elements to heat the water (These are the thick electric elements similar to those you see inside an electric oven.)
  • A drain valve that allows you to drain the tank to replace the elements or move the tank
  • A pressure relief valve (This is an important safety feature that keeps the tank from exploding.)
  • A sacrificial anode rod to help keep the steel tank from corroding

The thermostat controls the temperature of the water inside the tank. Normally you can set the temperature between 120 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit (49 to 82 degrees Celsius). It is generally recommended that you keep the temperature between 120 to 140 degrees F (49 to 60 C) –especially if there are children living in the house — to prevent scalding. It also saves energy.

Normally, the thermostat is underneath a cover plate and it has a knob or a screw that you can use to set the temperature.

As cold water comes in, it remains at the bottom of the tank because it is denser than hot water. If you use the hot water faster than the heating elements can heat the incoming cold water, and if you consume all of the hot water that the tank holds, you run out of hot water in the middle of your shower. If this seems to happen too often, it could mean that the bottom heating element in an electric water heater has burned out or that your water heater is too small for your house. Or it could mean that you are taking really, really long showers.

What Day Traders Can Learn From Sesame Street

Posted on 24th November 2008 by admin in Uncategorized

I wake up at 7:00am in the morning, and I rarely expect to learn a new lesson in day trading before heading to the office. This morning, however, was different. I often join my kids in the living room watching Sesame Street, and, today, while sitting on the couch with my coffee trying to wake up, I was greeted with a bit of wisdom that all day traders should keep in mind: a lesson about the value of practice and persistence.

On the show, a young boy was trying to learn how to skate, but after 2-3 faltering strides, he falls down. Instead of crying or giving up, the boy maintains a positive attitude and says, “Practicing tomorrow I’ll be better than today.” The next day, he manages to take 3-4 strides before falling down, saying once again: “Practicing tomorrow I’ll be better than today.” The boy practices every day, and each day he manages to take a few more steps. Finally, one day he stays on his feet the enter time, and even shows off a bit, proving that he can skate like a seasoned professional. At the end of this small episode, he looks in the camera and tells my children and me: “See? Don’t give up too easily. There are some things you need to practice before you can do them. Practice every day and you will get better every day.”

While the simplicity of this lesson suggests that it is only for children, too many day traders prove through their actions that they need to hear it as well. Many traders, and not just beginners, give up too easily. They start trading, but after only a few losses in a row, they give up, looking for another strategy. They fall for the old paradigm which says that “If you don’t make money immediately, change the strategy.” As I’ve said many times before, if you don’t give your trading strategy enough time to work, you won’t know whether the problem is in the strategy itself, in a market slump, or simply bad luck. The key to successful day trading is in maintaining a consistent plan, and abandoning a plan too quickly will never teach you anything. You won’t know whether the plan is really designed for the long rather than the short term, whether the problem was in your entry or exit strategy, or any other details that can help you revise how you trade.

The child who continued to practice skating never quit after only a few tries. He never thought that he couldn’t skate simply because he didn’t immediately master the skill. Rather, he knew that he would have to fail a number of times before he could recognize and adjust what he was doing wrong.

Traders who find themselves giving up on their strategies very quickly, or who are constantly changing strategies looking for one that works on the first or second try, need to remember this young boy. He should remind us of two things that, as day traders, we should never forget:

1.) Practice!

Don’t jump with both feet into the water. Backtest your strategies. Practice on a paper trading account. Start small and trade with one contract first. The boy would never have succeeded if he tried to skate like a champion on his first try.

2.) Don’t give up too easily!

Losses are part of our business. Don’t expect to make millions in your first week of trading. “Practicing tomorrow I will be better than today.” Learn from your successes and learn from your mistakes, and pledge to become a better trader every day. The boy knew that a failure today could turn into more success tomorrow, and he reminded himself of that each time he had a setback.

Sesame Street may not offer you the most timely stock tips, but it can definitely teach you how not to sabotage yourself and your strategies by abandoning them too early or expecting success too quickly.

7 Easy Home Pet Remedies Anyone Can Do For A Dog Or Cat

Posted on 24th November 2008 by admin in Uncategorized

This article will help you to find simple home pet meds. These home pet remedies can be used either for dogs or cats, unless otherwise stated.

Anemia: To help get rid of anemia in your pet increase the amount of iron, and vitamin B intake. A recommended serving of liver in the amounts of an ounce for cats, two ounces for small dogs, three ounces for medium dogs, and four ounces for larger dogs.

Arthritis: First things first, if your pet is overweight, then you will need to get him/her on a weight loss plan. Loosing weight will take the pressure off of those painful joints. Several 20 minute walks a day can be very helpful as well. Avoid having your pet sleep outside when it is cold. The cold air is not helping as it inflames the joints, and triggers the arthritis. Finally a moist heating pad around the joints can be applied for about 20 minutes twice a day.

Bad Breath: If your pet has bad breath it is sign of plaque. Simply brushing your pets’ teeth will help reduce the bad breath odor, and help to eliminate the plaque. Raw carrots have been known to help with the cause of bad breaths in pets as well. To prevent bad breath try giving them a rope to play with, don’t feed can foods, and as bad as it is try not to give them table scraps.

Diarrhea: One of the easiest home pet remedies for diarrhea is to make sure that your pet is well hydrated. Adding Gatorade to their water will also help the diarrhea. The Gatorade will help them to stay hydrated, and retain some electrolytes. It is best to stop regular routine feedings, when you are aware of this problem. If the diarrhea does not stop with this basic home remedy please seek professional advice from your veterinarian, as it could be a more serious problem.

Fever: Warning - If your pet has had a fever more than 24 hours please consult your veterinarian. A fever that cannot be broken is a sign that something is severely wrong with your pet. If you have just discovered that your beloved pet has a fever, then use a cool compress on their belly. If that is not possible, a cool bath will also help. Normal temperatures for dogs and cats run usually from 1000.5 to 102.5 anything over that is considered a fever.

Fleas: One of the best home pet meds for fleas is to mix in some Brewer’s Yeast. In addition to the yeast adding about 3 cloves of garlic cut up will keep the fleas away from your pet.

Smelly Kitty Litter: To keep your kitty litter smelling nice, and fresh, use about 2 parts baby powder to one part baking soda in your kitty litter.

RC Helicopters Are Not Always Expensive

Posted on 24th November 2008 by admin in Uncategorized

It’s a strange thing to say, but one of the truly great dilemmas of the modern world is that there is so much choice, even these days when the credit crunch is making everyone more cost conscious.

You see when you have 10 items to choose from, all as good as each other, it’s at least 10 times as hard to pick one. And when you have to look carefully at the price tag, that’s an added layer of complication.

For anyone who wants a remote control helicopter there’s a very wide choice these days. In fact you can even get started for under £20 if you just want something that’s a bit of fun to play with and easy to fly.

Probably the best choice and value right now is provided by the range of Silverlit Picooz Helicopter range. They seem to know how to make fun, cheap radio control helicopters and their range is very wide and constantly growing.

What’s more important that a good range and a low price is that they’re just plain fun! Give one to a boy - or a man - and watch how they pretend to be ace pilots! You won’t see them for hours because they’ll be so absorbed in ‘flying’ the helicopter.

Best of all, they’re so lightweight they don’t have the heavy crash landings that you gt with the ‘real’ radio control helicopters. So they don’t normally sustain damage the way the big toys do. In other words once you’ve bought one, it should last you a long, long time. Important in today’s economic climate.

So if you’re looking for a fun gift for someone who’s hard to please, don’t overlook the humble radio control helicopter!

The Scoop about Waterproofing your Basement Walls

Posted on 23rd November 2008 by admin in Uncategorized

When you are finishing a basement, waterproofing basement walls is a useful thing to do. Most basements have high moisture levels, and much of the moisture enters via the basement walls. Cracks, leaking windows and pipe condensation are probably the most common reasons basements have water build-up problems. A great deal of problems can be created from too much water or long term water retention in the basement.

Basement Wall Options

There are numerous ways of waterproofing basement walls and these include:

- French Drains
- Hollow Baseboard Molding
- Sump Pumps
- Waterproofing
- Damp Proofing

French Drains - An exterior system running the perimeter or partial perimeter of your house for heavy rain run off drainage, or an interior system if water is coming into your basement through the floors or cove between the floor and the wall. A trench is dug round the inside perimeter of the wet basement floor. A pierced plastic drain tile pipe is placed and encircled by stones and pebbles. Some wet basement waterproofing and repair contractors re-cement the floor over the French drain system leaving a 1 inch to 2 inch gap in the floor along the walls to allow the web wall seepage to drain below the floor into the French drain system. A drain that connects to a sump pump is usually  the French type.

Hollow Baseboard Molding and Cove Systems – A hollow baseboard channel is adhered to the joint where the floor meets the wall using a waterproof epoxy. Water rising at a cove area in a basement will also damage hollow molding since it will retain moisture from a wet wall. Usually connected to a sump pump.

Sump Pumps – Installed in a plastic or fiberglass tank below the wet basement floor. The sump pumps through perforations in the sump well located close to it, can collect underground water. A good way of draining excess water from a basement floor or from any underground drainage pipes that you might have is to utilise a sump pump.

What are the varieties that should be applied in all basement waterproofing?

In reality a good drainage system cannot guarantee dry basement walls. Being the cheapest and easiest methods to stop moisture from getting into your basement through the walls, lets focus on damp proofing and waterproofing.

What is Damp Proofing?

You may be asking yourself what is involved in damp proofing your basement and the best example I can give of damp proofing would be to think of a castle with a moat and think about how to keep the water away from this castle; first you build the permiable pallette layer where you want the castle floor, then you would place a solid layer over that, then you would leave a vent space and lay your foundation; as for your walls, you would build your walls, then do your solid layer and then your permiable layer, and now you have damp proofed your castle.

Proofing products that are moist are usually made of tar in a solvent base.  They are cheap to apply but their effectiveness is limited because they are only to designed to ‘retard’ moisture penetration, not prevent it.  The main problem is that it becomes brittle once it cures and as the foundation settles and hairline cracks appear, the tar based coating will not stretch to bridge the cracks and this allows moisture to penetrate into the basement.

Does waterproofing may help a lot in protecting basement walls?

Products used for waterproofing underground areas, such as a basement, are only designed to prevent water from penetrating the walls especially after heavy rains or spring thaws; but, if you have underground water from a source such as a spring you may need to install a sump pump to prevent water from entering your basement from under the floor.  Advanced Waterproofing Technologies provides supieor waterproofing protection as the products contain rubber and it allows flexibility when it dries.  How you will stretch the foundation to settle the flexibility of waterproofing

How to Apply

Obviously it would be most sensible to use waterproofing as it offers better long term results and you might well find that it comes with a guarantee that lasts for up to thirty years.

In the earlier days builders often did not consider waterproofing the basement walls as important. At this point you have the opportunity to put this situation right with convenient products that have easy to follow instructions Most of the products are safe and easy to apply by the do-it-yourselfer.  Available even in 5 gallon pails or 55 gallon drums, they are ready for use and do not require heating or other application equipment – just the use of a brush or roller.  You can even use a commercial airless sprayer which can be rented by the day.  An average size basement of approximately 1,000 square feet can easily be waterproofed by a couple of people using a roller in 2-3 hours. So start it and enjoy the convenience of damp-less space.
